Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when items can be returned, how refunds are issued, and how to start the process.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Because we supply cleaning, safety, and first-aid products, opened consumable or hygiene items cannot be returned once their seal is broken, for health and safety reasons.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@supplykit.us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for this before sending anything back.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5–10 business days. The original flat-rate shipping charge is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
