We list professional cleaning, safety, first-aid, and facility supply products. We work to keep descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order. All prices are in US dollars.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully captured.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, timeframes, and our flat-rate charge are described on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Returns

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
